With careful planning and God’s guidance, this space holds endless potential, including:
• Childcare and early learning facilities to support young families
• An aged care home to honour and serve our elderly
• Much-needed parking, addressing a current and urgent need within our parish
• Additional community and recreational spaces.

With faith, vision, and a deep commitment to our growing community, St Paul’s Antiochian Orthodox Church is proud to lead “Project Master Builder”, inspired by the words:
“As a wise master builder I have laid the foundation” (1 Corinthians 3:10).
We are pleased to share that the neighbouring properties located at 20–22 Balmoral Avenue and 24–30 Plunkett Road, Dandenong VIC 3175 have already been successfully secured for $4.5 million settle on July 8th 2026. This significant acquisition, totalling approximately 4,170 square metres, effectively triples the size of our current landholding.
Our focus is to raise funds to help repay this investment, whilst planning for future community-based developments, ensuring the long-term financial strength of our Church while continuing to build a future for generations to come.
