St Emilia’s Playgroup: May Report

On Monday, St Emilia’s Playgroup gathered for the month of May. After a long break due to school holidays and Easter, it was wonderful to see all the children again.

This month, we enjoyed activities themed around popular nursery rhymes, and even had a sing-along at the end—a highlight was The Wheels on the Bus! We also celebrated the Myrrh-Bearing Women by making small spice parcels, filled with various fragrant spices for the children to take home.

Since the beginning of St Emilia’s Playgroup in 2024, we’ve welcomed many families from the community. It has been a privilege to watch these young children grow and develop social skills along the way. We look forward to our next gathering on the 2nd June.
